We've significantly upgraded the training calendar to give you a more complete picture of your training load and progress. You can now track your weekly performance with much higher precision.

- Weekly Performance Summary: A new summary view on both desktop and mobile showing your total TSS, time, and distance for the week.
- Actual vs. Planned Comparison: See your completed efforts side-by-side with your planned training load (e.g., "150 / 200 TSS") to stay on track.
- Intelligent Future Metrics: Upcoming sessions now automatically estimate your future TSS and distance based on intensity levels and activity types.
- Optimized Desktop Layout: A new 8-column calendar layout on desktop featuring a dedicated weekly totals column.
