We optimized the way Strava segments are discovered and processed. Previously, segments were processed in the order they were received, which could lead to delays during large historical syncs.

With our new priority system:

• Live Activities: New rides synced via Strava webhooks are given top priority and processed immediately.
• Manual Syncs: Activities you sync manually are prioritized over background tasks.
• Better Reliability: You should see your personal records and segment efforts appear in the app within moments of finishing your ride.
