Dialog-Based Program Builder & Automated Workout Extensions
Plan your training through natural conversations with support for weekly recurring commitments like group rides or races, plus automated Zone 2 workout extension blocks with accurate TSS calculation.
Conversational Planning & Weekly Commitments
We are excited to introduce a major update to the Training Program Builder! You can now plan your training through a natural, dialog-based conversation, letting the AI coach know about your weekly commitments.
Weekly Recurring Commitments
- Group Rides & Races – Tell your AI coach about your regular weekly rides (e.g., "I have a group ride every Wednesday"). The planning engine will automatically reserve these days and design the rest of your program around them.
- Structured/Unstructured Events – Add unstructured group rides or races to your calendar manually, giving you complete flexibility.
- Lenient Feedback & Daily Adjustments – The evaluation engine will never penalize you for group rides or races, and the daily adjustment engine treats them as external commitments that shouldn't be overridden by recovery sessions.
Visual Calendar Badges
- 🚴 Group Ride Badge – Distinctive indigo badge on your calendar for group ride sessions.
- 🏁 Race Badge – Purple badge for race sessions, making them easy to identify at a glance.
Automated Workout Extensions
To help you hit your target weekly training volume, we have completely upgraded our workout padding logic to use physical, structured workout blocks instead of simple text annotations.
Accurate Metrics & Sync
- Zone 2 Extension Blocks – If a workout template is shorter than your target duration, the system automatically appends a dedicated Zone 2 recovery block to the end of the workout.
- Correct TSS & Duration – Total Stress Score (TSS) and overall session duration are now calculated precisely using all active blocks, ensuring your training stress balance is always up to date.
- Garmin & Wahoo Sync – Because extensions are now physical blocks, the complete padded workout (including the Zone 2 recovery part) is synchronized seamlessly to Garmin, Wahoo, and other head units.
