How do I cancel my subscription?
Profile > Billing > Cancel Subscription. No phone calls, no retention flows, no “are you sure?” pop-ups. If you aren’t doing the work, you shouldn’t pay us. Your data will be archived for 6 months if you decide to return.
Do you offer a pause option for injury/off-season?
Yes. You can pause billing for up to 3 months. Go to Billing > Freeze Account. You will lose access to the workout player, but your data history remains visible. Use this time to heal, not to sit on the couch.
