How does the “Auto-Adjust” feature work?
If you miss a workout or fail to hit power targets by >10%, our algorithm flags the week. Click the “Recalculate” button on your dashboard. We will lower the intensity of the next two sessions to prevent non-functional overreaching. Do not override this. The math is smarter than your ego.
Can I swap workout days?
Yes. Drag and drop any workout on the Calendar view. However, do not stack two high-intensity interval sessions (VO2 or Anaerobic) back-to-back. The system will throw a “Recovery Warning” red flag if you try to schedule stupidity.
Why can’t I see my “Fitness Level” score?
We hide vanity metrics. You see FTP, TSB (Form), and CTL (Fitness). Generic “Level” badges are gamification designed to keep you subscribed, not to make you faster. Watch your Power Curve; that is your level.
How do I export workouts to Zwift?
Connect your Zwift account in Integrations. We push a .zwo file daily. It appears in your “Custom Workouts” folder in Zwift. We provide the structure; they provide the graphics.
