I’m only getting 6 hours of sleep but training 10 hours a week. Is that enough?

To be blunt: no, you are likely leaving massive gains on the table. When you train 10+ hours a week, your body needs 8-9 hours of sleep to release the growth hormones required to repair your muscles. Try dropping your bedroom temp to 65°F (18°C) and putting your phone away an hour before bed to improve your sleep quality.
