My TSB is -35 today. Should I still do my planned 4x10-minute threshold intervals?

You are currently in the 'Yellow Light' zone, which means you need to proceed with caution. If your legs feel like lead and your heart rate won't rise during the warmup, pivot to a steady Zone 2 ride or cut the session short. Pushing through a deep negative TSB often leads to a 'Red Light' crash later in the week.
